What excites you about being an estate agent?

Years ago when I first started out as a real estate agent, a friend of mine told me that if you like what you do, not only will you be successful but you will enjoy life. Now after several years later, I have fully understood what my friend told me. I have been much blessed to find a career that I truly love. Over the past years, I had helped many families realize their dream of buying and selling properties, investors buy, rent and sell their properties and expatriates working in Singapore find their accommodation.

Because buying and selling a home is such an emotional ordeal for many, you don’t just deal with people, you often get to know them very well. I love the joy I see on people’s faces when they buy a home and the delight in selling one for many more thousands than when they paid for it.
